The welcome bonus is available to members registering for the first time and making their first deposit. This bonus is subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted.
The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, if the wagering requirement is 20x and you receive a RM50 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.

The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure affecting the game result. In the event of an acknowledged technical failure, aqua88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.

For the Sports Betting section, all bets are subject to aqua88's separate sports betting rules. Odds displayed are the current odds at the time the bet is placed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in the sports betting rules.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication information.
Aqua88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence in securing your login credentials. However, we will investigate every report of unauthorized access seriously and take appropriate action.
